We are currently seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Graduate LLM Engineer to join our international team based in Switzerland and Belgium. You enjoy working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, and you have exceptional communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as clients.

What You Will Do

• Conducting research and development in NLP and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate your findings into innovative solutions for our products and client applications.
• Producing high-quality code and contributing to our machine learning platform.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI research, and implementing novel approaches to enhance our systems and offerings.
• Interacting with clients to understand their needs and frame tailored AI and NLP solutions that deliver value.
• Participating in the design and review of AI models and experiments, ensuring the quality and integrity of our systems.

What You Have

• A recent graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on NLP.
• Experience with state-of-the-art LLM techniques.
• Experience with LLMs related tools and APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and experience with software development best practices.
• Open-source track record of your contributions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members alike.
• You’ve had a first experience working in the industry.
